I have both the gel and the spray , both hate the spray ...especially my older one , she hates any kind of spray noise. I use the gel most often but sometimes I will use the spray in the a.m and the gel at night.
Since both hate the taste , I mix the gel with a dab of peanut butter and they lick it right up , they think it's a treat.
It said on the Petzlife website that was O.K. to do and the product still stays on their teeth, so thats what I do and get no fight from them
