Your little one is only 4 months old , 8 hours is way to long for her to be expected to hold it at her age..

What time is the last potty break before bed ? Do you let them out through the night to potty?

As they get older it gets easier , but yours is still very young . Have you considered pee pads so she can go on a pad if you don't want to get up and take her out?
