This really makes me sick; I occasionally read threads on Yorkietalk about someone with a mixed breed complaining that purebred owners are "prejudice". People have choices with whom they produce offspring, is PETA suggesting that we allow dogs these same free choices? PETA's problem is that they don't believe that we should use animals of any kind for any purpose. For a organization with the word "ethical" in it's title, I find it ironic, because I believe that they have no ethics and will do or say anything to get more publicity for their cause. People use the excuse, "while at least people are talking about them and they bring the problem to the attention to people," but they plant a seed with this kind of garbage, that does all animals, including the human animal, more harm than good. Even the director of HSUS said that the shelters don't have dogs from good breeders. PETA seems to want to destroy the good breeders first.
