Cry Leaving my Yorkie for a vacation

As the days before we leave (Feb 8) draw nearer I get more concerned about leaving Daisy. My daughter will be keeping her for the week we are gone. She knows my daughter but has never been to her house. She has never spent the night anywhere but here. Daisy wants to be with me all the time and cries by the door if I leave her at home when I go out-- something she will have to experience more as the hot weather arrives here in Georgia.

I am going to my daughter's house Sunday afternoon and tho I think it might be best if I leave right away I need to explain some things to her as far as feeding and rules/training we have been doing etc. Then what do I do. Just walk out with out making a big deal or kissing her all up? I am trying to treat her like a dog here and not a person. I don't want to get her all excited just before I go. I just keep thinking about the moment she realizes that I left without her. I breaks my heart.
