Update on Ray Ray - She was still shaking when I went over there - They left her alone out in the yard...one of his daughters big dogs was out there also who was susposed to be in a kennel - PLUS - they had a bad area on their fence....never boarded it up.... and another big dog got in. So there were actually 2 big dogs after her today.
Dogs are susposed to be on Leashes in Houston...not roaming the streets.... and if find that dog I will report it....His owners need to keep him in the house or his own yard.
He was FINALLY out there fixing his fence today after this happened - he said this is the 3rd time this happened on that same part. Man - I felt so bad for little Ray Ray - She is like a White Westie Terrier ? She is Chanels little Fence friend and I hope she isn't traumatized for life after this - It was just horrible. |
