It is kinda like a kid! Be presisent! I use rubber bands. (on no!) Well they stay better and I don't see any harm to his hair! It will take a while, I guess. I got Nolee at 12 weeks. He did not like a bow, but the rubber band did not bother him. Just keep trying! It is kinda like with a girl and pony tails or barrets. At first, they will rebel, but after a while they will give up! Good luck!
