I agree. My 2 babies do very well in the cold. They love the snow and being outside, even if it means 25 degree weather. They never stayed out there longer then say 20 minutes and sometimes I would watch them from the window so to a neighbor my dogs might have seemed like they were left, but I am always right there even if it means I'm just on the other side of glass

If something looked fishy I would definitely race over to the neighbors house and get the issue resolved and call animal control/police if needed. I'm not sure I'd take the law into my own hand, but I guess you do what your gut tells you at the moment. So, if i felt I needed to take that dog into my warm home then I'd pray about it, of course

and then run over there and grab 'em!
