So how does one find a good breeder in my area (Utah, Salt Lake City)?

Also, I'd like to put a deposit on a pup and take delivery later. We're hoping to get a Yorkie around Easter time frame.

My thinking is I'll get "the pick of the litter" that way. I'm always a little nervous when I see someone selling the last of the litter thinking that a host of people passed on this dog (for whatever reason).
