I posted on all those sites when I was looking and went to alot of Job fairs. It took 18 months and that was when the economy wasnt that bad. I had an associates degree, 20 years professional experience from entry level to management and was working towards my bachelors and couldnt get a call back. I ended up getting lots of advertising and spam mailfrom monster and career builder. Try temp agencies, go to head hunters and check college websites for job fairs. They are open to the public. Try looking also on websites for energy based organizations for example electric companies, heating oil companies, these places are always in need of personnel. Just wanted to give you a few new ideas, I took an unlikely position 2 years ago this March as entry level administrator and 2 years later I am up for a promotion and doing well. I am thankful and grateful to have a good job but it wasnt my first choice.

Hang in there and good luck.
