I take care of my 89 year old dad show lives alone in an apartment and we go there 3 times a day between my siblings and I, but anyway, we bought him a medical alert that he wears around his neck and he just pushes the button in an emergency and it rings my cell, then my home phone if no answer and them my sisters's and them my brothers cells. It gives us all a peace of mind and there is no monthly fee and really has made it possible for him to stay alone so far. |
