Some folks alternate fish and flax oil - so they're sure in getting the EPA/DHA (from the fish), but may also be getting it from flax. Flax has great benefits if converted.
Some give just the fish oil bc then the doggies don't have to convert it. Of course, you want to try to give the safest fish oil you can find. |
