Even if I am home and available when they call me, I like to book an appointment for the next day hoping that if they had bad intention... they might just move on...
Sometime ,I ask if I can call them back and take there names and numbers... I think it is safer that way.

Coming from a buyers point of view. Sometimes the buyer gets excited and wants to see the puppy and play with it!! It is a new PUPPY after all.
