 Running Away & Hiding
My 5.5 month old, runs away everytime I go to him. I really feel he does it to be funny not because he's scared. Ive never done anything to scare him but it's getting annoying. If we're in the living room playing, when I am about to go to him to pick him up to either hold him, get him dressed for a walk (which he likes), bring him to another room with me or whatever it is, he runs away as if he's playing and keeps running around the coffee table so I cant get to him. And often times he picks up stuff in his mouth like my slippers, socks or whatever and I need to get it out of him, he runs and hides under the coffee table so I cant reach him so he can keep chewing. At those times, no matter if it's another toy or treats I try to lure him with - he disregards them!! The same thing with my husband, so it's not just me he does this too.
What should I do???? |
