We're moving too a much smaller house then we live in, so I have to sell off a lot of things. How do you determine prices. For instance I have a dishwasher that's only 2 years old, an Amish Hutch, tv etc. I don't want to charge too much, and scare buyers away, but I do want to get something out of the items. Any suggestions?
