I know how you feel Jo-Jo. We had one for our cats before we got Reagan and she won't use it to save her life. It can be open and she still won't go through it she'll just look out and bark. She sees the cats go through it and our big dogs stick their heads in it(that's all that will fit) but you can't get her to go through it. I think she thinks its a window. At least its not just mine.
