Hmmm, I don't know.
Sometimes pics don't load with Firefox and then you have to do what Nancy posted above.
If you are on a Mac, it wouldn't be Tools, Opinions. It would be Firefox, Preferences though.
Can you do it manually though?
That is, can you right click on each individual avatar and "view image". If not, maybe something else is going one.
