Hey ya'll. So right now I'm sitting in Surgical ICU cause my mom is getting her left kidney removed. They said that it wasn't cancer but a really severe infection that had absessed her kidney so that it was not functioning. They went in to drain the infectious fluids but then came back and told me that it would just be best to take the whole thing.
Since her lungs are still really bad from the pneumonia they had to put her back on a ventilator so she will go back to MICU for a couple of days.
Thank you all so much for your prayers. Please continue to pray that her surgery goes well and that she doesn't hurt herself when she wakes up with a breathing tube again.
