You have to be consistent with whatever method you choose. Zeus is 10 wks old and he knows to go potty outside. I do have to watch him like a hawk at all times when he is out of his ex pen. And, I still wake up two to three times a night to take him outside but it works. He has had the occasional potty accident but I never punish him. If he makes a mistake I just take him outside right away so he can finish if he needs to. Lots of praise when he gets it right. |
