keep trying..your puppy will learn soon. I got charlie for christmas..he is 4 months and something wks old. when i first got him, i didn't think he will ever be potty trained. He is doing great now. We have not have any accidents in the house..and if we do have accidents in the house, it is on the pee pee pad only and not on the carpet. We achieved this by crating him..I made a schedule of his potty times and feeding times and play times. We did it for almost two weeks and he got the hang of it. We are still crating him but he gets more playtime now. He only goes in his crate one hr before our schedule potty times. The only problem we have with charlie now is that he is not communicating with us on when he needs to go...he will walk to the door but sometimes get distracted by the shoes and forget that he needs to go..there are times when he goes sit by the door only to want to play outside..we are working on ringing the bell for potty
