I jumped down to the breeder section, but I thought I would ask here as well....
I have heard and know all about
[COLOR=green! important][COLOR=green! important]AKC[/COLOR][/COLOR] and CKC but what does
NCP registered mean exactly? Just thought if anyone else had seen or heard of it. We were browsing a breeder's site and I noticed all the pups were NCP Registered.
