With my 3 I leave them out all year. I even have little pumpkin ones floating around. Even some from last Easter, Ducks and such. They just love them. Coco has one that say "ha,ha Merry Christmas" That's odd to hear in the spring lol But that's his favorite one. It's funny though with all the toys they have, they always want the one that someone else is chewing on. Gotta love 'em
