I'm just glad someone was there to help this woman & her pup. How many times do we hear about people or dogs being injured or killed by some out of control off leash dog. Just this past weekend a YT member told how she & her sister were walking with their 3 dogs when another dog attacked them - and some guy just stood there and watched
