The law was changed here in April 2007.
Any dog born after that date is not allowed to be shown with a docked tail. Dogs born before then who are docked may still be entered in shows.

Some one mentioned Cairns & Westies. Neither of these breeds have ever been docked in this country. I know as I breed & show Cairns & have judged both breeds.
Their tail is supposed to resemble an upturned carrot, neat & quite short naturally, never docked. A long tail, especially one that curls over the back, is a breed fault.
