I have seen this situation often in yorkie babies. I have found that it is from the preservatives in the foods you are feeding a lot of the time. I only give mine organic food and treats. I have never had any luck with the food from the vet. I would STOP everything you are feeding her and start over again. I cook chicken sweet potatoes and green beans a 1/3 of each. The puperoni treats are nothing but chemicals that would not be good for a small dog especially not one with a sensitive belly. I always keep Kero syrup, Pepto Bismol and Calcionate syrup in the house at all times for when they start feeling bad. Has your vet given the baby any liquid Albon for the diarrhea and to make sure you don't have anything bacterial going on. I would also make sure I had Pedialite down for the baby to drink. You certainly don't want her to get dehydrated when she isn't feeling well. Good luck I no how useless we can feel when our babies get sick and don't no what to do.....Hugs to all
