If she has been on Hills ID for months w/ no change - I'd get her off of it. What is the protein in that food? And, what is the protein in her former foods that caused the same problems? What is the protein in Pupperoni? If there is a common protein or ingredient, you then want to look for a new, novel protein for her. And stick to only that protein for everything, for at least 3 months.
The noodles won't hurt her, but butter can easily give loose stools.
Has the vet done a fecal test? What is the med you're using?
