Daisy Mae had 4 teeth and was spayed at the same time at just 4 pounds. I was scared too, but she came through really well. Just make sure you soften Lily's food for the first few days. Before you know it her adult teeth will pop through within days. I noticed on the 3rd day, Daisy had her new teeth coming in.
