Default liver shunt

Humm I'm trying to think if moose has been doing that though at 9wks I think she likes to go to her pad and get praise

but seriously, Lil Bear my 6yr old yorkie did a lot of peeing much like what you are saying, does her pee look orange in color. I know when lil bear started doing the excessive peeing thing I noticed her pee got an orange tint and smelt VERY strong. I ended up taking her to the vet and she did a test and found out lil bear has a minor liver shunt so now lil bear is on low protein vet food and is doing fine.

However it could just be a bladder infection. I would keep a close eye on her. Live shunts usually have seziers sp when the get worse, besides the excessive peeing lil bear got sick to her tummy and just felt blah.
