Even planned, my vet was very flexible with the timing of the csection. I had to watch Sicily really closely, so we could do the c/s before she startedactive labor, but not too early. (and we knew the tie dates so we were a little more exact on the age of the pups.) Anyway, the one major signal that got her in was when I could express milk. Be careful though- my sister lost an entire litter of English Bulldogs because the vet took them a few days too early. Good luck with your little girl!
