The only problem with having just one is it gives the pup more room to grow bigger, so being the only pup theres a good chance it will grow to big for her to deliver. she would be better off with two as they might be smaller. but noone knows for sure, with her being so small herself I see where you are so worried, I hope and pray every thing goes good for this little momma. Keep us updated. and if all goes well you might want to have her spayed .
