Exactly what I was going to say. I had the same problem with Lola...still to this day, if she hasn't had enough exercise, she's up all night playing with her toys. It's rare though, because I MAKE SURE she's beat when it's time for mommy to go to bed. Lola has a dog walker that comes ($10/day), and she goes to doggy day care once a week ($25/day). Then I take her on a walk too, or to the park, when I get home. Your baby might also grow out of it too as she gets older, but you need sleep NOW.
If you can hire a dog walker, and then take her out again when you get home, I bet that would do the trick. Day care is a little more pricey, but whenever Lola goes, she is wiped out the rest of the day! Lola is like a wind up toy, she goes, goes, goes, and then passes out, and then goes, goes, goes, and is out...that must be so frustrating for you, I hope you get some sleep soon!!
p.s. Whatever you do, DO NOT adhere to her trying to get you out of bed. Crate sounds like a good idea, hopefully she doesn't bark/whine all night...but as hard as it is, when you respond to it, you make it worse. I'm sorry you have to deal with this
