If Nature's Miracle doesn't work for the smell, I would have to go and say you probably want to get professionals to come clean your carpet. If you ask (the ones I use at least), they have a special enzymatic cleaner they use for pet stains. If that doesn't do it though, then it's definitely gone beneath the carpet
