Nature's Variety Raw Medallions are 68% moisture, so they need to be converted to a dry matter basis (the same goes for canned food). So with the water or moisture removed, the Organic Chicken Medallions would be about 41% protein. |
I am unfamiliar with the terms "converted to a dry matter basis", so could you tell me a little more about this ,and is NV Raw good or is it too much protein, since the bag does not indicate that much protein?
