My Kelsey is yorkie/poodle mix and she has floppy ears and she hasn't had an ear infection. I wouldn't worry too much about that. I just make sure to dry Kelsey really good after bathes or whenever she gets wet. I'll flip her ears inside out to dry them out after I'm done blowdrying her. LOL she doesnt mind it.
