Jenn, Take a deep breath. This will get all sorted out. Since your husband did not do anything wrong, it will all come out at the hearing. Sometimes God allows things to happen as a test of faith. I heard a minister on tv last night that said "when you've lost everything, and all you have is Jesus, Jesus is all you need."
His faithfulness is great and He will pull you out of this. Whenever I go through bad times, I repeat over and over, "The Lord is my Shepherd, I shall not want."
Another good verse to use as an affirmation over and over is, "We are more than conquerers through Him that loved us." If you will repeat those verses until you are blue in the face and not give in to the scariness of this situation, nothing evil will be able to attack you. The Apostle Paul said "We wrestle not with flesh and blood, but with powers and principalities."
