For new accidents I've always used Petzyme and it has worked wonderfully. Then I happened to find one older accident, then used the blacklight to see evidence of others.
I tried Petzyme on the old spots and it might have taken some of the odor away, but not all. I then tried my green machine with the Pet Odor solution and I still smell it.
Any other suggestions?

I'm surprised you can still smell it. I wonder if the urine soaked into the concrete, or maybe it was caused by another larger dog, and your dog just choose the same spot. I'm not familiar with Petzyme, I use Nature's Miracle, and I know you have to saturate the spot, and give time for the enzymes to work, they actually eat the protein in urine that causes the smell, but this takes time. I'm told that some people have had to pull back the carpet, replace the pad, and saturate the concrete to get rid of odors from larger dogs. Natural's Miracle also sells something that is made for porous surfaces like concrete, and it says it gets the smell out of anything. It's different than their regular cleaner.
