We would never board our babies either. We made the mistake of doing it once and one of our babies (dogs we had before we had our Yorkies) was almost dead from neglect. The quilt we took from home for them to lay on for comfort was covered in urine and feces. This place was expensive and considered exclusive. We got the most expensive setup, a private suite with video for them. Never again. This is so sad. I can't even imagine how upsetting that would be.
