Honestly, I would try to get her to stop. It is cute, but what if there ever is something in the glass other than water that could hurt her? My cousin was letting his cat drink out of his water glass, but I brought this up to him to and got him to stop. I would just leave the water bowl on the floor and she'll drink when she gets thirsty enough.
