I have never heard of the smaller the faster they mature.
All the breeders I know, not just Yorkie breeders, Other Toy Dog Breeders.
Have told me,plus all the research I did before I got involved in Breeding.
That Toys ( all toy dogs) mature at between 18 & 24 months.
If you find the site please display it, I'm curious as to what it says.
