Have tried the litter and it is a pain. Gets messy and the pup will play with the litter. Pee pads and a proper pad holder is the best way to go. You need a pad holder so the pup doesn't shred the pad when your not around. We like the Ugodog, but the Wizdog would work just as well.

BTW...there is nothing wrong with litter/pee pad training. For those of us that live in rural areas it may be preferred as I would never let my furbaby outside without supervision. To many birds of prey in this area.
