don't beat yourself up. We've all been there- i fed Layla horrible food when i first got her- i just didn't know any better- but now you do and when he comes home you'll know how to help him. It is also very important that he loose weight- the extra pounds are very hard on their knees. But with his new low fat diet i'm sure he'll be dropping the pounds in no time
Some great low fat treats are fruit and veggies- even cherrios- just no grapes or onions or mushrooms.
