I'm not sure about the highest allowable amount for AAFCO but Ellie's (homecooked) is 8% I think. What percent are you looking for? Just more than 4%? That isn't terribly low from others I have seen.
Science Diet R/D and W/D are very high in fiber.
Are you wanting to totally avoid prescription diets?
These wouldn't be good for allergies though.
