ahhh...actually - yes in this case they are. They've had this one dog that did this this morning out in the sun in 100 degree heat - NO SHADE - I've already gone over there before when he was totally out of water. I tried to fill his dish with the hose....but couldn't reach it - They know I love Ray Ray but they aren't watching this new big dog at all.
Today was just awful to hear and see.
I'm so upset I can't get it out of my head.
