I can call the shelter and see what they say but when I volunteered their several years ago I am almost positive they were using the vet I am at right now
Perhaps they have changed, I am going to make some calls today and see what I can come up with. I am not sure about the help with vet bills, I believe you guys are only that lucky in the states, I haven't heard or seen anything here in Ontario, Canada like this.
