If he had it at 13 weeks (a bit old to start it), I would be very cautious at least until he is full grown. That doesn't mean he needs to live on Nutrical though. He should be eating a quality food (possibly canned) every one to four hours (depends on the dog). Nutrical is good but it may not be a good idea to continuously give large amounts.
