Charlie is a pup and does this too in a talky kind of way when he wants attention from Bitsy or one of us. Sometimes he does it right before he goes to sleep. I love it and think it's so cute
I think he does it for attention and because he knows it works
Bitsy is the only other of our that does this...and she is four
