Hi, I don't know any breeders there, but my Mom is from Kapuskasing (sp), Ontario. We live in Texas now, big difference...no snow. My Mom says she doesn't miss the snow; we had a little in December and melted by the afternoon. She said that is the best kind enough just to pretty for the day and then gone.
