And no, I've not written a book but that's the real kicker. I claim no expertise on the subject but was easily able to find tons of good, researched info that was apparently news to some of you that are actually breeding parti Yorkies. From what I've read, many of those breeding partis with other breeds are at least aware of the added risk and aren't in denial. This whole discussion could have ended if you had said something like, "Yes, we're aware of blah, blah, blah and are doing such and such to guard against it". Instead, what I see are flippant remarks and sarcasm. This never was about 'parti bashing'. I really don't have anything against partis and think they can probably be safely bred but not by those that won't even acknowledge the added risks associated with breeding them.
