When Bailey went through her picky stage - at the advice of my mother - we went raw. Mom (who is very serious about dog nutrition) designed a diet just for Bailey and her needs. It was the only thing Bailey would eat - and 2 years later, she's still lovin' it!!
I know raw is not for everyone - and there are several different recipes - (ours consists of hamburger, venison and/or ground turkey, cooked rice, cottage cheese, bone meal, potassium, safflower oil, eggs and vegetables - along with daily vitamins and fish oil caplets) - I've heard nothing but good things about it. I serve Bailey only human grade food.
