Aww don't blame yourself, accidents happen
I am sure she will be fine, perhaps she just twisted something in her foot and needs a little time off of it. I know when Stormy jumped off the couch once, which is very low and was limping for a couple days, she was back to normal. Keep her off her foot a bit and just lots of love.
