My response...There is no color related deafness in traditional Yorkies due to the lack of the piebald gene. Any deafness that might occur would be from some other cause.

In the case of piebalds, it is not a case of something that might or might not happen, but rather a case of something that can and does happen. It doesn't always happen, but it is an additional risk that must be considered. I'm sure this will be more clear to you as you do your own research. |
Yes it can and does, but it does not happen in all breeds, nor does it happen in all dogs in the breeds that it does affect.
And I said that we woll keep it in mind and watch for it. But it also might never happen.
statistics show that the more you drive, the greater your chances of an accident. so are you going to quit driving because accidents CAN and DO happen. Or are you going to continue to drive taking as many precautions as possible.
